Asst. Account Manager

What will I be responsible for?

  • Effectively sourcing impactful products for our clients
  • Serve as a liaison with the sales operations coordinators to communicate any issues and ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Managing, documenting, reporting, and following-up on all activity in Salesforce. com and our order entry systems.
  • Effectively managing, retaining, and nurturing customer relationships resulting in repeat business

  • Supporting a team of account managers 
  • Resolving customer/vendor issues
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Entering orders
  • Generating reports
  • Documenting activities in Salesforce
  • Communicate with client as appropriate
