Account Manager- Key Account Sales


Job Summary

Our Key Account Managers are experienced professionals who love to develop client relationships, are proactive with product ideation and strive to exceed sales and performance expectations, all while working in a team environment with other departments. The majority of new client leads are provided through our pipeline of current customers and there is an expectation to identify new clients through cold-calling. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven and understands that success only comes through a team effort

Key Responsibilities


  1. Increasing revenue and meet monthly and annual sales
  2. Expanding prospect database by identifying key target accounts and their decision makers
  3. Inbound and outbound account management. Primary focus is outbound activity


What will I be doing?

  • Working closely with the business development teams and the sales and marketing managers to develop new ways to up-sell and cross sell products and services
  • Attending regular sales meetings reporting on customer feedback, opportunities and potential needs
  • Managing escalated customer service issues
  • Meeting client needs which may require extended work hours
  • Coordinating with sales operations teams as needed to ensure, that client expectations are met
  • Working directly with graphic design team to create effective product presentations
  • Building and maintaining detailed customer profiles in CRM system
  • Keeping up with industry trends and competitive landscape 




  • Demonstrated ability to match client needs with product features and benefits
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial type environment
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly telephone sales personality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Product Suites, Google Docs
  • Experience in or other CRM system


Education and Qualifications

  • Documented track record of sales performance success
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct client sales experience required
