Operations Coordinator

Position Summary

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with Sales and Operations departments to accurately maintain physical inventory levels for our corporate clients web stores, while managing the inventory ordering process.


Major Responsibilities

1.  Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels and reorder quantities
Generate and monitor reports (low stock reports, orders in progress, inventory velocity reports)
Discuss inventory levels with account management teams, using strong communication skills to demonstrate knowledge of inventory position for their clients.


2.  Order Process Management

Manage the ordering process for inventory for multiple web stores.
Prepare inventory re-orders
Process inventory re-orders, ensuring timely shipping
Ensue accurate and timely delivery of all inventory orders through knowledge of client profiles and vendor policies.
Issue resolution for any order discrepancies


3.  Additional Responsibilities

Support Operations team with account management team requests for web store product additions/removals.


Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree required
Minimum of 1 years of eCommerce experience
Preferred to have experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Magento, BigCommerce, NOPCommerce, Shopify, etc.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
